Hello all-

I was born in Ohio and my family moved to Louisville when I was 6 years old, so I consider Kentucky my home. I graduated from Ballard HS and the University of Louisville with a Liberal Arts degree in Biology. Most of my work experience has been in customer service, sales and small business management. In 2017, Jeff Metcalf sold me a policy and stated that, “I would be good at this.” This reminded me of my father who had wanted me to join him in his insurance company, so I decided to look into it. I have found that in insurance I use my love of teaching and helping people. Helping folks provide for their family is what I love about this career. There are many experiences that have benefited me on this path including:

• 15 years in customer service, sales at a plastics manufacturer, where I serviced multi-million dollar corporations and received awards for Outstanding Customer Service
• I have three great sons, a Life Scout, and Eagle Scout, and a Scout. As their Assistant Scout Leader we had many memorable experiences and I assisted 15 boys in attaining their Eagle rank.
