Hello, my name is Robert Metcalf, born in Louisville, Kentucky in 1970. I have two younger brothers and one daughter. I grew up in my younger years in Kentucky then lived in Texas for 17 years. My childhood consisted of sports, fishing, and hunting. Now as an older adult my life consists much of the same. I am a big outdoors man and love to hunt, fish, and occasionally play golf.

I consider myself a jack of all trades. I have done everything from construction to working in manufacturing plants. I always had a desire to become an engineer. This was finally realized and I was given the chance to train under Boeing aircraft. I worked as a design engineer for many years until I moved back to Louisville where I changed my focus to Automotive Engineer/Program Management. I have traveled the world working for automotive manufacturing companies. One thing that I did was work many hours dedicated to making sure the products that we sold were safe and inexpensive.

My brother Jeff Metcalf came to me about 3 years ago and told me about his idea to go out on his own in the insurance industry. It was at a time in my life that I was ready to make a change and mover closer to family. I have never looked back or regretted one minute. I enjoy going out and talking with clients and meeting new people. I started 3 years ago with this philosophy: “help people and clients at all costs even if it means just sitting with them and making sure they are educated on what they currently have. As long as my focus is on helping people above anything else, GOD will provide.” I fully believe this and He has never let me down. I have never been happier and more fulfilled in my life.
